  Drew Guarneri enters his 12^th season as head coach of the Mesa women’s soccer program.

  He established the men’s soccer program at Chandler-Gilbert Community College in 1998 and coached there through the 2006 season. His teams produced three all-Americans, four all-academic NJCAA selections plus an NJCAA team award for academic excellence.

  He was named ACCAC men’s coach of the year in 2003 and conference women’s coach of the year in 2004.

  Guarneri took over both the men’s and women’s programs at MCC in 2008 and handled both teams for five years before concentrating on the women’s program in 2013.

  He keeps himself busy with numerous other coaching duties as well. Guarneri coaches both the boys and girls teams at Campo Verde H.S. as well as several youth programs.

  He graduated from Drake University in 1993 and received a Masters Degree from Arizona State in 1996.
