Sydney White Earns 1st Team ACCAC-Region 1, Maia Gajate Earns Honorable Mention
Sydney White and Maia Gajate have earned ACCAC-Region One honors for their performances this season. White earned first team ACCAC-Region One while Maia Gajate earned honorable mention.
Both White and Gajate were the leaders on this years team both on the offensive and defensive side of the ball. Both defensemen, Gajate scored two goals this season while also having two assists while White had one assist of her own.
For White, she started 22 matches in her two years at Mesa while playing in 33 total matches. In just her freshman season, Gajate started 11 of 20 matches with having 10 shots with two shots on goal.
