Paradise Valley, AZ- It was a must win situation for the women's soccer team Saturday when they played at Paradise Valley but the Puma's were too much for Mesa, as the T-Birds fell 3-0.

Mesa battled Paradise Valley in the first half, with both teams tied at zero at the end of the first 45 minutes.  But within the first minute of the second half, the Pumas broke the tie score with a goal.  

From then on, Mesa couldn't get much offence going, with the Puma's keeping the ball a majority of the half.

With the loss, Mesa's season is over but it was a positive season for the T-Birds finishing with a record of 9-6-5. It was Mesa's best record since 2006.
