Women's basketball completes recruiting with signing of Kyndell Kelly

  MESA, AZ - The recruiting year has ended for the national champions Mesa women's basketball team with the signing of Flagstaff's Kyndell Kelly.

  The guard, who is a product of Flagstaff H.S., has been a top player for the Eagles for the past several years and plans on majoring in Exercise Science.

  She will be joining an MCC team that had the greatest season in school history last year with a 28-5 record, third consecutive Region I title and the NJCAA Division II national championship. 

  The T-Birds open the 2014-15 season by hosting Salt Lake on Friday, Nov. 7, at 5:30 p.m. in Theo Heap Gym.
