Men's cross country No. 17 in latest NJCAA rankings
Charlotte, N.C. – The Mesa men's cross country team slipped from 14th to 17th place in the NJCAA bi-weekly cross country rankings released Wednesday.
The T-Birds have faced some very strong competition lately including last Saturday when they placed fourth of five schools, all four-year institutions, at the UC-San Diego Triton Classic. The previous week, at their own Mesa Classic, a bib number error caused top runner Flynn Fuhrmann to be disqualified resulting in MCC finishing last in the five-team results.
Mesa will compete in the Redhawk Invitational Saturday in Gilbert, AZ.
