Sixth shutout for men's tennis, blanks Paradise Valley, 9-0

  MESA, AZ - Continuing its unbeaten string against ACCAC opponents, the Mesa men's tennis team shutout Paradise Valley Tuesday, 9-0.

  Once again, MCC won everything in straight sets with Andy Nguyen (So., Bien Hoa, Vietnam/Hamilton (AZ) H.S.) capturing the No. 6 singles match 6-0, 6-0 over Talon Walz. Mesa has not lost a set in conference competition.

  Mesa is now 9-3 overall and unbeaten in two-year college competition.

  The T-Birds host Skagit Valley (Calif.) at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday.
