Men's Soccer Look to Post Season as They Honor Sophomores Thursday Night

Mesa, AZ - Win or lose, the Mesa Thunderbirds men's soccer team have clinched a playoff birth.  As to whom they will play, that is still undetermined.

The T-Birds finished their regular season Thursday night by falling 2-0 to the Arizona Western Matadors, a team they potentially could play come next Tuesday.

Though Mesa won't play this coming Saturday, AZ Western and Yavapai College still have to finish their seasons and the results from those matches will determine where the T-Birds will be playing their opening round match.

The complete playoff picture will be finalized by Sunday morning and updates will be sent out across all Mesa athletic media platforms then.
