Amonai Itaaehau Earns Week 3 WSFL Defensive Player of the Week

Amonai Itaaehau has earned Western States Football League week three defensive player of the week honors for his dynamic play against Eastern Arizona College Saturday night.

Itaaehau was all over the field as he recorded 18 total tackles (14 solo), one sack and one and half tackles for loss.  He made the pivotal tackle on the final play of the game to close out the Gila Monsters in a 24-17 victory.

Itaaehau on the season in two games has 27 total tackles (18 solo), one and half sacks, two tackles for loss and one pass breakup.
