The Scottsdale Community College Women's Basketball team fell short tonight in their 61-37 loss to Mesa Community College. SCC and MCC were battling back and forth in the 1st half with Mesa taking a 4 point leave heading into the half. MCC had a big 3rd quarter, and Scottsdale just could not recover. Scottsdale was led by Faith Diggs who finished the game with 10 points. SCC also got a good night from Cassidee Meyer who finished the night with 8 points and 11 rebounds. Scottsdale will have a short time to regroup as they host Phoenix College on Monday, January 17th at 2:00 PM.
