Women's Cross Country Finish 5th at Nationals
El Dorado, KS - The Mesa Thunderbirds women's cross country team earn 5th place at the NJCAA DI women's cross country championships in El Dorado, KS.
Leading the way for the T-Birds was Alyson Girard, who finished in 12th place with a 18:28.01 run.
Finishing in 25th place was Adeline Montgomery with a 19:00.02 run while Samantha Miller had a 31st place finish with a 19:07.98 run. Hilary Ogutu finished in 39th place with a 19:22.15 run.
Girard, Montgomery, Miller and Ogutu earned all-american accolades.
Mesa finished with 138 points, only 35 points behind Lansing who finished in 1st place.
