#8 Scottsdale Dominates Mesa Volleyball in Straight Sets

Mesa, AZ - The Mesa Thunderbirds dropped its match to the #8 Scottsdale Artichokes Wednesday night in straight sets, 29-27, 25-12, 25-19.

Set one was exciting with back and forth action and long rallies but Mesa ran out of gas throughout the second and third sets.

The T-Birds move to 13-7 overall and 5-5 in conference play.  Mesa will travel to Thatcher, AZ this Friday night to play the Eastern Arizona Gila Monsters at 7 pm.
