Volleyball battles but fall in 3 sets

Scottsdale, AZ- Mesa once again battled hard but ultimately fell to the Artichokes of Scottsdale Community College.

The Artichokes swept the T-Birds 25-18, 25-19, 25-17.

Alexis Falatyn(Fr., Kingston, NY, Seton Catholic H.S.) led Mesa with 12 kills. Shelby Murphy(So., Show Low, AZ, Show Low H.S.) had a team high 17 assists and 10 digs, while Taylor Ka'alele(So., Maimanolo, HI, Henry J. Kaiser H.S.) finished with 10 digs as well.

Mesa will finish their season next Friday nights, October 31st at home against Glendale at 7 p.m. That game will be stream on T-Bird Sports Live.
