Mesa Tennis Serves 9-0 Win Over Pima

MESA, AZ – The men's and women's tennis teams both remained unbeaten in ACCAC play with 9-0 
wins over Pima Tuesday.  

The fifth-ranked men won in straight sets with Linus Holthey, at No. 2 singles, Shimon Murakami, at No. 3 and Andres Loiaza, at No. 5, all winning, 6-0, 6-0.  

For the sixth-ranked women it was another straight-set sweep with Julia Ortiz taking a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 6 singles. Pima I ranked 19th in the nation.  

The MCC men are 5-1 overall and 2-0 in ACCAC play while the women are 8-0 and 2-0 in conference.
