Voisard captures sixth straight women's golf event
Oro Valley, AZ – Madison Voisard's season continues to roll along as the Mesa women's golf freshman won her sixth consecutive tournament with a victory at the Pima Invitational Monday and Tuesday.
Voisard posted an 80-81—161 over the par 72 The View Golf Club at Oro Valley layout to edge teammate Taylor Gransen who placed second with an 85-80—165.
The T-Birds placed fourth as a team with a 414-410—824 total with Pima winning the event.
MCC's next action comes April 13-14 at the Chandler-Gilbert Invitational at Las Colinas G.C. in Queen Creek, AZ.
