MESA, AZ – The Mesa women's golf team won its own Mesa Invitational by 30 shots Monday, earning 
the 65th consecutive conference victory dating back to 2007.  

The nine-time defending Region I champions posted a 318-310—628 at the event held at the Dobson Ranch G.C. Pima was second at 332-326—658 and South Mountain took third place with a score of 345-342—687.  

Savannah Cooper took second place individually carding a 77-77—154. Jill Harvison was three shots 
back at 81-76—157 to take third place. Samantha Hernandez tied for fourth with a 79-79—158 and 
Brianna Medrano placed sixth with a score of 81-78—159.  

The T-Birds return to the course on Friday, March 4 for the three-day, primarily NCAA Division I, Red Rocks Invitational at the Oak Creek C.C. in Sedona, AZ.
