Women's Basketball Volunteers at Brandon Burlsworth Youth Center

Harrison, AR - With the excitement and anticipation of the being in the NJCAA DII Tournament, the Mesa Thunderbirds women's basketball team found time on Monday to volunteer at the local youth center in Harrison, Arkansas.

The Mesa players and coaches taught and played basketball with kids ages 6-12 at the Brandon Burlsworth Youth Center, after their first official practice of the tournament.

The T-Birds will begin tournament play this coming Wednesday at 11 am AZ time.
