Mesa, AZ - The #16 Mesa Thunderbirds swept the South Mountain Cougars Saturday afternoon, 10-1, 13-5.

The two wins piggyback two victories over Chandler-Gilbert on Tuesday afternoon to finish the week 4-0.  The T-Birds scored 38 total runs this week compared to just 16 given up.

Mesa moves to 22-16 overall and 18-16 in conference play.  The Birds will travel to Yavapai College Tuesday afternoon for a double-header against the Roughriders.
