Men's tennis regional dominance continues with fourth straight regional title

Glendale, AZ – Mesa's dominance in men's tennis in Region 1 continued Wednesday as the T-Birds secured their fourth consecutive regional championship. MCC won all six singles flights and took eight of nine overall.

The T-Birds scored 17 points to second place Pima's six.

Mesa will now move on to the NJCAA national championships May 15-19 in Plano, Texas.

David Felix was named all-ACCAC, all-Region I Player of the Year and was part of the all-conference and all-region teams along with Linus Holthey, Kim Donghuynh, Matt Fisher, George Rendek and Eduardo Cuoto.
