Fessler places 11th at Ottawa (AZ) Fall Invitational

  Goodyear, AZ – Playing as several individuals due to future travel concerns, the Mesa men's golf team participated at the Ottawa (AZ) Fall Invitational Sunday through Tuesday at the Eagles Nest G.C.

  In addition, freshman Kalie Lewellyn played in the women's tournament.

  Trey Fessler placed eighth in the 63-player field for the men with a 70-76-68—214, two under par. Lewellyn was 11^th among the women shooting an 86-82-80—248.

  The MCC men will travel to Joplin, Mo., next Monday for the NJCAA Preview.
