Men's golf wins 16th annual dual match with Wabash (Ind,)

  Mesa, AZ – The men's golf team won its annual dual match with Wabash, billed as Mesa-Wabash XVI, Thursday at the Dobson Ranch G.C.

  The T-Birds scored a 282-309 victory over the NCAA DIII Little Giants with Ryan Porter leading the way with a two-under-par 70. Austin Hardman, Zane Smith and Brad Pottle all carded even-par 72s while Jake Aboud finished with an 81.

  Zach Podl led Wabash with a 73.

  As the name implies, Wabash visits Mesa every year, now for 16 straight seasons, from its home in Wabash, Ind.

  Mesa waits until Monday, March 26, for its next action, playing in the Eastern Arizona Invitational at the Mount Graham G.C.
