Men's Basketball Receives Grant From Fiesta Bowl Charities

The Mesa Thunderbirds basketball team once again received a grant from the Fiesta Bowl Charities.  Assistant Coach Jordan Ballard was one hand to receive the grant at the Fiesta Bowl Charities event.

Each year, Mesa partners with the Fiesta Bowl to host the Fiesta Bowl Junior College Shootout at Mesa's Theo Heap Gym. 

Eight of the top junior college division one basketball teams from throughout the country play in the tournament that is played near the end of December.
