Men's Basketball bolsters recruiting class with pair from Nevada

The Men's Basketball program took 'two' big steps toward completing another strong recruiting class by signing a pair of talented guards from Nevada.

Kris Coe (right), a transfer from Skagit Valley College and Errol Newman - an incoming Freshman who played at Balboa Prep last year - signed with the T-Birds during their recent visit to the Valley.

Both student-athletes bring with them diverse skill-sets, leadership qualities that align with the programs' philosophy and a willingness to improve & compete.

"Kris has a desire to make his teammates better and an uncanny passing ability while Errol is an elite athlete who will impact both ends of the court with explosive scoring and disruptive defense. Both young men embody who we want representing Mesa," said Head Coach Sam Ballard.
