Former T-Bird Randall participating in NFL combine; runs 4.46-40 yards

INDIANAPOLIS, IND - Former Mesa All-American Demarious Randall is participating at the NFL Combine, the camp that brings all the top prospects together leading up to the to the NFL draft.

He posted one of the fastest times among the defensive backs and safeties, running a 4.46 40.

After his All-America season at MCC, Randall played two years at Arizona State. He was the Sun Devils' leading tackler last season and was named a Sports Illustrated All-American.

His profile from before the combine said: Plus athlete with good speed. Scouts love his toughness and effort. Inspired effort as a tackler, racking up 177 tackles during twoyear stint
at Arizona State. Looks to punish. Explodes into targets and jolts his victims.
Takes very good angles in space in run support. Instinctive blitzer who times
snap and has a nose for the quarterback. Senses throws underneath and
breaks on them early. Highly competitive on 50/50 throws and won't give an
inch to receiver. Took two interceptions for scores. Good hands played some
wide receiver in junior college and was also an explosive returner while there.

Randall is one of 20 Mesa players who have moved on the NCAA FBS schools in the past three years.
