Bullpen Implosion Dooms T-Birds in Two Game Series with Artichokes

Mesa, AZ - A 10 run 7th, 8th and 9th innings help the Scottsdale Artichokes to defeat the Mesa Thunderbirds in game two of the Region I - ACCAC DII semi-final, 10-8, and take the series 2-0.

Ironically, Mesa held a 4-0 lead in both Thursday and Friday's contests before surrending the lead to the Artichokes.  

With the lose, the T-Birds season is over.  They finished with an overall record of 40-18.
