#7 Mesa Can't Take Advantage of Bases Loaded in the Top of the 9th, Fall at Scottsdale, 8-7

Scottsdale, AZ - The #7 Mesa Thunderbirds had the ducks on the pound but just couldn't convert them into runs as they loss at Scottsdale Wednesday afternoon, 8-7.

The T-Birds still sit in the #1 spot for the Region I - ACCAC DII playoffs but with Paradise Valley and Glendale each sitting two games back, the final two games of the season will be exciting to watch.  

Mesa will play the Phoenix College Bears on Friday and Saturday, Friday being played at Mesa then Saturday at Phoenix College.  Paradise Valley and Glendale will play each other on Friday and Saturday.
